They had tried fooling the boy into buying four unneeded new tires.

For the spare tire he requested they keep the best old one. He checked before he left and it had not been done. It took an additional 30 minutes to do that. He had to go in again as they had not balanced the tires. This time, they told him he had two bent rims. In about 115 days, he noticed a ball sized protrusion on one of the tires. Because of the warranty assurance from the salesman he returned the tire to the store. They told him that he bulge was caused by potholes. As his tire on the car was discounted and a fee of $14.00 wasn?t paid, the warranty didn?t apply he was told.

One customer got great tire deals on two tires at Town Fair Tires. The tires were out of balance and he had to go back three times. When the car reaches 55 miles an hour it begins to shake, he reports

For winter tires on his truck one customer went to Town Fair Tires. On inspection later he discovered that there was damage to where the weights were. To the manager he showed pictures he?d taken of the damage. He was told by the manager the work would be done for free. The regional manager then refused to allow the work to be done for free.
