If the other driver was insured, they will seek compensation from the one driving without Insurance. This would mean that his personal belongings should be auctioned to cover all the payments. With no guarantee of having enough assets to cover for all the losses, those seeking repayments can be faced life time problems. Some accidents might cause severe damages which cannot be catered for by an individual.

Running a motor vehicle without insurance is definitely a sizable charge, and you ought to seek suggestions from a legal expert if this applies to you. Therefore if you don't have insurance and you are driving then it is considered as unlawful and immoral too.
